HR Audit helps our clients determine the effectiveness of their HR systems and HR department. It is a systematic, objective tool to assess regulatory or policy compliance in the workplace. It helps them understand if the core HR processes are sufficient according to the current business requirements and to identify any gap between the desired and the current state. It is a diagnostic tool rather than a dogmatic mechanism. 


Through an HR audit we our team works to collect information to answer the HR audit questions in the areas of clients’ companies’ operational human resource policies, practices and processes, with a focus on key human resource department delivery areas e.g., recruiting and selection, employee retention, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, training and development, etc.


 Once information is gathered, our audit team reviews this information in each area and notes disparities between what our clients actually do what they should do according to the best practice to best support the organization’s mission and provide the clients with an assessment of findings and recommendations.
